The way of the punks is the way of water,
2Which drowns as well as saves,
3And we have felt the kindifferent waves,
4That sometimes choke our voices,
5Before we learn to sing.
6But we’ve also felt joy,
7In the thundering spray,
8Of the breakers that crash on the shore,
9And the lpride of our sail,
10Abreast of a swell,
11While the winds roar and wail,
12And the kestrels cry for the storm.
