WAYS
The Way of the NipsThe Way of the Spics
Chapter 23
The ways of the Others are endless,
Green gardens of mystery flowers,
Each with its own way and world,
Beyond our wildest fantasies,
But short of our timeworn certainties.
Some live in upeace,
And some live for vwar,
Whichever their gods prefer;
Many are wise in the ways of the aearth,
While others look to the bstars,
But all have Chosen in ways we can’t see,
To live or to die with us.
And if you want, you can view them all as cvictims,
dAnd drop tears and flowers on their graves,
But maybe they’re right on course with their way,
On a mission that doesn’t fit neatly,
In the eattic of your brain.
Some may be here to teach us,
Some may be here to learn,
And some may be waiting for other days,
Before sharing the light they see.
