2Crisscrossing the country so that Harry could help people fwash their hands of everything,
3gAnd stop thinking about anything at all,
4hWhich they did gladly,
5iBecause five or six college kids had recently died for their beliefs,
6jhich was so discouraging to all the idealists that they were giving up their ideals,
7In droves,
8kAnd thinking about how to get ahead,
9And have an easy life,
10lAnd let somebody else fix all the terrible things that were wrong with the Most Chosen Nation on Earth.
11Naturally, they all mloved what Harry had to say,
12And the followers got free drugs wherever they went,
13And they got free everything else on Harry’s Learjet,
14Not to mention his house in Malibu,
15And a lot of the best hotels at the best weekend resorts,
16And everybody was happy,
17And nobody was thinking about much of anything at all,
18Except maybe Harry.
