The way it worked out, there were two surprises the eday the Nips attacked Pearl Harbor.
2The fAmericans were surprised as hell about being attacked by a bunch of smiling, nodding, two-faced little barbarians,
3Which made the Nips smile and nod at each other,
4Since everything had gone almost completely according to plan,
5Although not absolutely everything,
6gBecause the other surprise was that the Americans didn’t react exactly like a bunch of degenerate mongrel barbarians that didn’t have the guts to fight a major war.
7In fact, the hAmericans were extremely, thoroughly, completely mad at Japan,
8iAnd declared war on both Germany and Japan right away,
9And then every able-bodied man in America immediately enlisted in the army, the navy, or the air force.
