Everything changed because when the Great Big Mess happened,
2A fGreat New Generation of young people came along,
3Who thought they could make everything all better,
4So that there wouldn’t ever be any more gGreat World Wars,
5Or any more hGreat Big Bomb,
6And then everybody could live happily ever after,
7If only they would do a few things for the iGreatest Good,
8Like if everybody jburned their draft card,
9kAnd if everybody dropped out of society and went to live on a commune instead,
10And just sat around listening to lGreat Music,
11And inhaling really mGreat Excrement,
12Instead of being a nGreat Big Capitalist Imperialist Pig,
13Which all the oolder people mostly were,
14And explains why the Great New Generation finally got kind of discouraged,
15And needed some new ideas,
16About what to do next.
