THE ADVICE OF THE ARCH-ANGEL MATTHEW · TO THE
KENSINGTONIANS
Forget about climbing out
Chapter 31
If they can single you out, they’ll cut you to pieces,
2And hurt you,
3And laugh at you,
4eAnd sneer at you,
5And make an example of you,
6fWhich is why you still have to dress alike,
7gAnd keep your neighborhoods unfriendly and dangerous and ugly,
8hAnd forget about climbing out of Kensington,
9Ever,
10iBecause then you’d lose your protective camouflage,
11And be exposed,
12jAs the living breathing embodiment of all that’s worst in the species of Mankind,
13And that’s just not safe,
14At all.
