Chapter 28
Sometimes when everybody was all tired out from tramping through all the different dneighborhoods in Philadelphia, Harry would hole up in the hotel suite,
2And invite eMarisa over,
3Who was staying in a separate suite,
4Because even though she fliked Harry,
5gShe said she didn’t trust him,
6And personally, I don’t think she ever even put out for him,
7Which has to be some kind of a record,
8For hHarry,
9Because he still iliked her,
10And she always laughed when he did blackout tapes,
11Which is what I was getting to,
12Because when he holed up in the suite, Harry would just make little wisecracks,
13Sometimes with a prop or two,
14And then they’d fade to black,
15And do the next one.
16Harry used to call it his jBumper Bible,
17kAnd said he had to anticipate the attention span of the future,
18Whatever that meant.
19But the blackouts were funny,
20And it was nice to just sit there and get wasted,
21While Harry and the camera guys did all the work.
