Chapter 15
cFor example, Aristotle also invented tragedy,
Causing dSophocles,
Who wrote about eOedipus,
fThe ape who killed his father and married his gmother,
hAnd felt a lot of guilt and pain about it later,
Proving that the Greeks were civilized and believed in the Gods,
Which we already knew anyway.
And Sophocles wasn’t the only Greek who wrote plays.
There was also iEuripides,
And jAristophanes,
Who wrote comedies,
kWhich the Greeks also invented,
And enjoyed tremendously,
Since Aristophanes was so funny that we can’t understand most of his jokes,
And therefore have to accept them on faith,
Which comes down to us from the Greeks,
lAnd other tribes,
mAs the most important pillar of civilization,
And explains why the Greeks wrote so many comedies.
