2Knowing the Frogs pretty well by this time, the Germans had already decided to outfox them by launching an attack of their own,
3aWhich turned out to be pretty embarrassing for everybody,
4bSince the Frogs were halfway into Germany before they realized Germany was invading France,
5cAnd the Germans were halfway into France before they realized France was invading Germany,
6dSo they all raced back to a field in the middle of France,
7Dug a big trench,
8And didn’t budge another foot for four years.
