2Matt started out as an oAngel,
3And worked his way up,
4Attracting lots of attention with his pcrowd-control talents during the days of Harry,
5qUntil he was named head of security for the Silver Ghost Tour,
6With the title of rArch-Angel,
7sProbably because of the way he had handled the problem with Tom,
8Not to mention the fact that he was the only Angel who had actually been to college, even if he did get kicked out for assault with a deadly weapon,
9Which always made Harry laugh when it came up in conversation,
10And maybe explains why Harry thought of Matt right away when tLucky moved up and the Parish needed a new Vice-President for Production and Distribution,
11In charge of all Harrier Angels and Arch-Angels.
12That’s when Matt changed his name,
13Because he was wanted in several states,
14And had to be free to travel in his new job,
15And also had to have a passport,
16Obviously.
17Anyway,
18He may not have been as popular as some of the other Ultra-Harriers,
19aBecause there were a few people who thought he should have been more careful the day he escorted bFred home after the retirement party,
20Although cVicki always defended him, and she must have known him pretty well, because I know for a fact that she helped him write a letter to the dKensingtonians to give his resumé a boost,
21And eHarry seemed to like him a lot too,
22Which is why some people even thought he had a shot at becoming fNumber One himself someday,
23Especially after gWayne disappeared,
24hBut then he disappeared too,
25And the story was completely stonewalled by iNumber Two’s office,
26jWhen there still was such an office,
27kAnd I, Willie, have never asked any questions about it,
28lBecause I have learned my lessons well,
29And when that many Ultra-Harriers get as angry as they were when Matt disappeared,
30It’s better not to ask questions,
31And all I know about it for sure is that Matt is still remembered as a Great Ultra-Harrier,
32In good standing.
33And if I knew any more about it than that,
34mI would keep it to myself,
35Because I am still an Ultra-Harrier at least,
36And I don’t want to lose my ndiscount,
37Or anything else of value.
