And science will prove that Mankind had some things that it always did when it started up a new civilization,
2And had some extra time on its hands.
3qFor example, you could practically count on them starting to bury their dead,
4Like they were something special,
5And inventing Gods and religions to explain the things they didn’t understand,
6aSuch as the weather,
7bAnd death,
8cAnd the accidental nature of things,
9Which they never seemed to like.
10dAnd you could count on them doing all kinds of incredible thing to prove to themselves that their Gods were real,
11eLike building incredibly huge monuments and temples to their Gods,
12fAnd learning how to write down the names of their Gods and what they’d asked them for,
13gAnd inventing all kinds of weapons to show their neighbors whose Gods were more real and powerful,
14hNot to mention grabbing their land and other things,
15Until some other civilization that was bigger and stronger,
16Because it lived in a more fertile river valley,
17Destroyed them and their temples and their Gods too.
