Chapter 37
sAnother very reasonable Brit was tJonathan Swift, who thought that the world was full of stupid, inflexible, wrongheaded idiots,
uFor some reason,
And wrote it all down in a book called v‘Gulliver’s Travels,’
About a Brit who met a lot of stupid, inflexible, wrongheaded idiots of different sizes and shapes,
Including little ones,
And big ones,
And even some that were shaped like horses,
Though smarter.
It was also Swift who made a modest proposal,
About using Irish babies as food,
wBecause there wasn’t any food in Great Britain,
And never had been,
Whereas there were a lot of Irish babies,
Which the Brits all thought was ironic,
And great,
Though not as great as Shakespeare.
