In their new pride, the punks made other important decisions.
2They decided that even if there was no law to control the Angels and the people the Angels worked for,
3There would be law in their home,
4Which was on South Street,
5And so they made qSt. Nuke the King of Punk City,
6And made him responsible for maintaining the rule of law,
7On South Street.
8aThey decided that even if nobody else thought there was anything sacred or important or meaningful in life,
9bBesides sex and drugs and money and power, that is,
10They would find it,
11Whatever it was,
12Wherever it was,
13No matter how much it cost.
14They decided that even if they didn’t have any idea why it was that everyone else thought sex and drugs and money and power was all there was in life,
15They would find out cwhy,
16And write it down to make sure that they all understood it,
17So they could change it,
18Because they were punks,
19And didn’t know any better.
